Angering the Oracle

Year: 1491, Month: Mirtul, Date:14th

The next day Harshnag opens the way to the Oracle's chamber to see if we can find out some more answers.  The six lanterns are once again all lit.  As we get close to the circle, Eigeron once again appears.  He acknowledges our presence, but does not say anything.  I make my way to the circle, and once again stand on the Kong rune.
Where can we find chief Guh?
A powerful feeling of supreme anger, betrayal and indignation washes over me.  A thundering voice responds:
First you must prove yourself worthy!  When human barbarians came to these lands, they fought our kind, and stole our relics, burying them in the ground.  The humans built altars to Uthgar, their god-king atop of these relics and surrounded their altars with burial mounds.  Go to these mounds, retrieve one or more of our lost relics, and bring them here as tribute.  Do this, and your path will be made clear! There are many paths you may take.  The more relics you deliver, the more paths you will have to choose from.  Several evil giant lords stand ready to oppose you.  You can ruin all their plans by defeating just one of them.  Which one that is remains to be seen.
I step back from the conch a little taken aback.  Harshnag says there were nine of these relics, and he quickly draws us a map of where they were hidden.

Only one of the lanterns has been extinguished, so after some debate, we decide to try our luck with some more questions.
Where did Queen Neri die?
Queens Neri body was recovered from a cluster of islands that the Giants don't have a name for but we know it as the Red Rocks.
What was the book stolen from the caravan transporting it from Tyr's temple in Neverwinter to the spire of the morning in Waterdeep?
Its the book of Vile Darkness.
Leo says he knows of this book which was written by Veckna.
Who stole the book of vile darkness.
The minions of Ariane Kost.
Ariane Kost was a lady we met, injured and alone, near Cragmore Castle whilst on our quest to reclaim Wave Echo Cave for the Dwarf Gundrun.  We healed her, and escorted her to Phandalin.  Although we didn't know the connection at the time, there had earlier been a minor misunderstanding between Zook and her husband Human Kost about possessions which, unfortunately, led to Human's demise.  Once we had reclaimed Wave Echo Cave for Gundrun, we were in Phandalin when Ariane made another appearance, and where we learned she was a Necromancer.  She had summoned some Zombies and killed Dharren, an agent of the Order of the Gauntlet in Phandalin.  Sometime later we also met a Paladin of Kelimvor that was hunting her after he had put her children to the flame that she had resurrected.
What is the Kraken's Society involvement in the Giant uprising?
Iymrith is manipulating Slarkrethel who is using his minions to further her goals.
As the answer to the last question thunders through my ears, the light from the final lantern is extinguished.  We bid goodbye for now to Eigeron and return to the main chamber of the Temple having exhausted our questions for the day.
